Classes

Tom DiCesare offers classes on a monthly basis which are open to all Whitehead staff. Below is a listing of the usual courses offered. Watch the BaRC news and flyers for this month's offering.

Illustrator
Learn how to use Illustrator to create your own graphics for your posters, presentations, greeting cards, etc.  Don't miss your opportunity to learn more about this popular graphics application! This is usually a one-hour "hands on" class. 

Photoshop
Photoshop is a must for everyone at the Whitehead. This program is an essential tool for creating/enhancing photographs, grant proposal images, posters, slides, scanned images, silly pictures of co-workers and lots more. This is usually a hands-on class, so bring your hands!

Illustrator/Poster Design (held in August, before the WI retreat)

The retreat always sneaks up on us before we know it – have you started thinking about your poster yet? This class teaches you to use Illustrator to design your poster. The class also includes tips on (almost) painless poster printing.
