Supplies for this printer are stored underneath the printer itself (cartridges), in front of the printer (8.5x11 and 11x17 paper), and in the red filing cabinet (soft gloss 8.5x11 and transparencies). Please do not change settings on this printer. This includes changing settings via the display and buttons on the front of the printer as well as any physical changes to the paper tray. It can be very disruptive when people make changes to the print settings without notifying anyone or resetting them afterwards. In order to manually feed paper: pull open manual paper tray on front of printer and place paper in tray, long edge feeding into machine first. Then send your print job and the printer will automatically use the manually fed media instead of the paper from the tray. |
