We are interested in devising and building new algorithms and methodologies for human genomics. Our lab fuses cutting-edge molecular techniques with emerging themes in signal processing and statistical learning. This enables us to create ultra-efficient strategies to capture genomic information and to interpret it in the context of severe genetic diseases.
