Reddien Lab research in Current Biology | February 22, 2011
Congrats to Peter Reddien and graduate student Mike Gavino for their paper this week in Current Biology, titled "A Bmp/Admp regulatory circuit controls maintenance and regeneration of dorsal-ventral polarity in planarians." The paper details the first instance of a Bmp-Admp regulatory loop in a protostome species and provides new insight into Dorsal-Ventral regeneration and maintenance in planaria.
