Data

Raw Data (882 Mb)
Raw data files and array designs may be obtained from ArrayExpress under the accession number E-TABM-322 as well.

All median ratios across the genome
Data for each probe from all experiments: Original Toll10b, Side-by-side comparison of Toll10b, Tollrm9/rm10 and gd7.

Gene-based analysis of Pol II data
Data from original Toll10b experiment, classified into the three Pol II classes. Further included information is: data for non-classified genes, expression data from tiling microarrays, Snail-repressed genes, genes induced during embryogenesis and muscle regulatory genes.

Array Design
The original Tol10b data were produced using a set of 11 arrays (44k each), designed to cover the entire non-repeat-masked euchromatic regions of Drosophila melanogaster. This was achieved by 446,931 features (60mers) that were spaced on average ~280 bp from each other. 866 control spots (oligos from desert regions, the middle of long exons, Arabidopsis thaliana and repetitive sequences) were added to each array. The array was printed by Agilent Technologies.
Design Files

The second set of experiments, the comparison between Toll10b, Tollrm9/rm10 and gd7, was produced using a 2 array design (244k each) from Agilent Technologies that contains the same probes as the one described above.
