Each chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed with a pooled mixture of hepatocytes from two or more donors of mixed gender and ages (Tables below).

Crosslinked, healthy human hepatocytes were obtained from the Liver Tissue Distribution Program (NIDDK Contract #N01-DK-9-2310) at the University of Pittsburgh (K. Dorko, S. Strom). After receipt, these cells were resuspended into HBSS, portioned into aliquots of 2.5 x 10^7 hepatocytes, and stored frozen at -80°C until used in experiments.
